Teresa and Joe Giudice scored a HUGE payday before shipping off to prison ... a deal so sweet the restitution they owe to the government has almost been whittled down to nothing.

Apollo Nida just got his tab for committing check fraud and money laundering -- $1.9 MILLION in restitution.

And there's more.  Apollo who is married to Phaedra Parks from "Real Housewives of Atlanta" screwed over pretty much everyone with whom he came in contact.

Apollo was sentenced to 8 years in federal prison.

I'm thinking where is all the money he stole and will these banks, companies and others get there money back. Hmmm
