Congrats to Solange!
She and her boyfriend, video director Alan Ferguson, got engaged on Solange's 28th birthday, according to Bossip. Although she hasn't really confirmed it, we hear she had a great birthday in Jamaica with Alan. And if she is engaged, that will be an eclectic wedding with her great fashion sense.
This would be nice.... Wasn't she engaged before or she just had a baby daddy ??

Tracy Morgan's recovery is moving to the next stage he's finally out of the hospital, but still faces several weeks of rehab according to his rep.
Almost 2 weeks after the horrific accident on the NJ Turnpike ... Tracy's rep says he's been transferred from the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital -- and is now at an undisclosed physical rehab center.
Tracy's battling back after suffering several broken bones, including his femur.
Although Tracy's showing strong "signs of improvement" the rep stressed he still has a long way to go.
Well I'm glad to know he is on the next faze of recovering.

The Voice of New York"Angie Martinezis heading to Power 105 - the biggest rival of her former station, Hot 97.
Yesterday news came about Angie Martinez's resignation from Hot 97 and now we know why. Angie signed a deal with Clear Channel which will put her on Power 105 in NYC and midday on 103.5 in Miami. Clear Channel announced the move in a press release.
Oh well it is what it is..... She stated she wants to expand her brand and possible hot97 wasn't giving her that....

B. Scott, the transgender host who went to war with BET turned down the network's offer to settle their ongoing lawsuit and the gamble could end up costing him 6 figures.
Scott lost his lawsuit against BET after suing for discrimination. He claimed network execs forced him to change into men's clothes at the BET Awards last year.
Losing the case left Scott on the hook for BET's attorney's fees which, according to court docs obtained by TMZ, totaled $279,000! But in a letter to Scott, his former employer offered to let him off easy for a mere $15,000 ... IF he promised to drop any appeals.
Scott opted to roll the dice and he rejected the offer, filed an appeal, and now BET is going after him for the fees again demanding at least $150K.
Scott's not backing down, telling us ... "No one will tell me who I should be, how I should present myself, or what I do with my life."
A judge will decide what he does with his money.
