CONFIRMED!!! Jenny McCarthy Joins THE VIEW

Just today head honcho Barbara Walters of THE View announced that the new co-host will be Jenny McCarthy. She opened the show with this announcement today. Jenny will start the new gig this Fall.

Walters told viewers, "We are delighted that Jenny will be joining us as a permanent co-host on 'The View' starting in September. Jenny brings us intelligence as well as warmth and humor. She can be serious and outrageous.” 

Barbara continued, “She has connected with our audience and offers a fresh point of view. Jenny will be a great addition to the show as we usher in an exciting new chapter for 'The View.'"

Today on The View 83 year old Barbara Walters was announced by Whoopi that "Barbara has the chicken pox. She'd never had it as a child. So now she's been told to rest, she's not allowed any visitors. and we're telling you, Barbara, no scratching"
