The Real CoHost Adrienne Bailon Announces Engagement To Long Time Boyfriend

"The Real" CoHost Adrienne Is engaged! Congrats !

"I'm engaged," she announced, and the reactions from her co-hosts were so sweet (and kinda hilarious...we could watch Tamar's shocked face on loop).

While being hugged by the other ladies, Bailon explained that while on a visit back home in New York recently, her beau of almost six years convinced her to get out of her pajamas one night and go to a nice dinner with the family. When they got to the empty restaurant in upstate New York, Santiago gave a speech to her parents about how much he loves their daughter and said he had a gift for everyone.

The surprise present—wait, it's not what you think—was supposed to show the family that he knows Adrienne is worth it and will be able to give her everything she deserves in due time. Bailon continues to share that she ripped through the tissue in the box to find...carrots. Yep, carrots.

Hit daytime talk show The Real is back for a full season – which kicks off on September 15th.

FOX‘s topical talker, which is anchored by Tamera Mowry, Tamar Braxon, Jeannie Mai, and Loni Love, aired a test season last Summer and proved such a hit that it’s not only been green-lit for a lengthy run but also been snapped up by BET, who’ll re-air episodes in a primetime slot.
