We all know that Nicci & Faith Evans were the brains behind doing the show so Nicci lawsuit isn't surprising to me.
The concept is different and the ladies of Hollywood Divas are actresses,  business women etc so I don't know if Nicci's suing will have any merit once the judge hears her side.

Oh Sh*t: Frank Ocean Isnt Here For Chipotle Lawsuit, See Pic of Returned Advance Payment

It was reported last week that the fast-food chain is suing Ocean after he backed out of a deal to record a song for its ad campaign.

The company paid him $212,500 up front to record “Pure Imagination” for use in an ad campaign, but Frank Ocean didn’t like the fact that Chipotle put their logo at the end of the ad so he pulled out at the last minute.

Chipotle then filed suit asking for their advance back in addition to other fees associated with the failed project.

Today, Frank reimbursed Chipotle for their advance and posted a photo of the cashier’s check to his Tumblr with the memo reading, “Fuck Off”

OH Snap: Rapper Da Brat Ordered To Pay $6.4M For What? ?

Da Brat has been ordered to pay a total of $6.4 million to the victim of her bottle assault incident.

TMZ reported the jury awarded ex-NFL cheerleader Shayla Stevens $3.7 million to cover her injuries and past/future loss of earnings and have since added $2.7 million as punishment.

If you remember, Da Brat bottled the former NFL cheerleader inside an ATL nightclub back in 2007. She’s served more than 3 years in prison for the crime.
