VH1 RETURNS TO THE BIG APPLE FOR LOVE & HIP HOP: NEW YORK

NEW YORK, NY – November 17, 2014 – VH1 is taking another bite out of the Big Apple as the fifth season of Love & Hip Hop: New York premieres Monday, December 15 at8PM ET/PT. With fresh faces and returning fan favorites, Love & Hip Hop: New York continues to capture the heart and hustle of being on top of the music industry in the city that never sleeps. The birthplace of hip hop is the stomping ground for these hopefuls to continue to make their dreams come true – whether it’s to reunite their family, secure a relationship, or become a rising star – they each will hit the pavement trying to make it all happen.

Meet the new cast members of Love & Hip Hop: New York:

Chink Santana- is a talented music producer who has worked with artists such as Ashanti and Keyshia Cole. His girlfriend Chrissy Crastanda would like to solidify their relationship, but Chink’s commitment to his family and work may prevent them from moving forward.

Chrissy Crastanda- is a NYC socialite and owner of a modeling agency. She is ready to start a family with her boyfriend Chink but his other commitments and delayed divorce are putting her wishes on hold.

 

Cisco Rosado- is a well-known producer who has worked with Tank, Jim Jones and Uncle Murder. His “don’t ask, don’t tell” relationship with his girlfriend Diamond Strawberry takes a turn for the worst when she decides to move to NY to be closer to him and later finds out he has been dishonest.

Diamond Strawberry- daughter of New York Mets outfielder Daryl Strawberry, Diamond has moved to NY from L.A. to start her career as a model and build her relationship with her boyfriend Cisco but her decision backfires when she finds out her boyfriend has betrayed her.

Precious Paris- formerly signed to 50 cent’s label G-UNIT, recently signed a management deal with Dollaz Unlimited. But when another artist is added to her manager’s roster, she is disappointed to find out that she may be sharing her spotlight.

Last season on Love & Hip Hop: New York, the cast looked forward to new beginnings and had left many issues unresolved. This season, issues and relationships resurface.

Returning fan favorites include:

Yandy Smith has her family back – Mendeecees is home and ready to rebuild his life. The couple is expecting a daughter and are raising their son together but with his pending trial looming over their heads, will it jeopardize their happily ever after?

Peter Gunz continues to struggle managing his love triangle with his wife Amina and his longtime girlfriend Tara. Now, Amina and Tara are turning the tables on Peter and secrets that were still in the dark will be brought to light.

Erica Mena has recently gotten engaged and has begun to make her way as an entrepreneur but will she be able to keep it together if her ex-girlfriend Cyn Santana teams up with her ex-lover Rich Dollaz?

Rich Dollaz is infamous for blurring the lines of business and pleasure, and now he has found his way in between two new female artists. Will he be able to overcome his temptation, stick to business and make them stars?

Old habits die hard and the right moves are crucial for the continual climb for success. It takes heart and tears to survive in the streets of New York and this cast is holding nothing back. Watch it unfold with the season premiere of Love & Hip Hop: New York on Monday, December 15 at 8pm ET/PT.

LHHNY Star Rich Dollaz Arrested In NJ

Love & Hip Hop” star Rich Dollaz was arrested in Edgewater, New Jersey on Sunday night over back child support.

According to TMZ, the entertainment manager and reality TV personality double parked his vehicle near the Edgewater Police Headquarters while he and his friends ran into a nearby Five Guys restaurant. While they were inside, an officer ran the plates on his vehicle and realized that there was a warrant out for his arrest.

Once Rich returned to the vehicle with his friends, he was arrested. As it turns out, the 43-year-old owes $11,000 in unpaid child support. It’s currently unclear which child Rich owes child support for, but the troubled reality star has been making headlines due to his lengthy paternity dispute with a woman named Chaundrea Nicole. According to Chaundra, Rich is the father of her 13-year-old daughter and has been refusing to submit to a paternity test for years. To make matters worse, it doesn’t appear that this is the first time child support struggles have landed Rich behind bars.

Look at  this mess, LHHNY Rich Dollaz is sub-Tweeting the hell out of his former client Olivia. 

We all know the two worked together and appeared on Love & Hiphop Nyc.

Olivia is Rich Dollaz's most famous client-to-date. He didn't at her in tweets but I'm sure y'all know its her.

I wonder what happen between them both to cause all this drama... Ugh !!

LHHNYC Amina Buddafly Finally Delivers A Baby Girl

Congrats to Amina & Baby daddy/ husband Peter Guns of LhhNyc.

She finally delivered her daughter July 29! Amina couldn’t be happier that she has finally arrived.

She wrote on Facebook that she’s “just enjoying some private time for now.” Fans may not have to wait long to find out more about the baby because, Amina promised, “you know we will share more soon.”

She’s incredibly grateful for all of the love and support that she’s been getting since the birth. “Thank you guys for all the wishes and nice comments and messages!!! Haven’t gotten thru all yet,” Amina stated. “I’m so so happy, we have made a beautiful gorgeous precious angel who I can’t take my eyes off of.”

Aww... Hope we'll see more when they come back to Love & HipHop Nyc.

Rapper Saigon will not be returning for another season of Love and Hip Hop New York accusing the franchise of making him look crazy.

Oh please yall know what yall sign up for and never once complained when you was cashing them checks.

LHHNY Mandeecees is Out on $600K Bail & Vh1 Cameras Were there For the Moment

Vh1 Love&Hip-hop Nyc Yandie and Mandeecees played out this all the viewers of the show. 
Well now it seem there's some good news for the couple.

It is reported that the music exec was accused of a role in a New York City-based drug ring that included his brother, Tyrus Harris, and another man, Ronald Walker. Tyrus Harris pleaded guilty before Geraci Monday, and Walker pleaded guilty last year.The drug ring transported cocaine to the Rochester region, federal authorities allege. Tyrus Harris faces a sentence of about five to seven years, under federal sentencing recommendations.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Frank Sherman and Mendeecees Harris’ lawyer, Donald Thompson, said in court Monday that they’ve been working toward a resolution with the case. The bail agreement, Sherman said, is expected to be substantial enough to ensure Harris returns for future court dates.

U.S. District Judge Frank Geraci Jr. agreed to release Mendeecees on a $600,000 bond package — half of which was provided in court and $200,000 of which Yandy has agreed to pay. He was released later from the Yates County Jail, where he has been held since January 2o13.

Great news for Yandy and Mendeecees children including his oldest son little Mendeecees who fans saw struggle with the challenges of him being incarcerated.

“The hardest part is just watching the kids growing up without him,” she said of the past year.

Fans can expect to see all of this continue to play out on the small screen as the show is now filming season 6 and cameras were rolling outside of the prison today as he was released.

Love & Hip Hop New York reality star Amina Buddafly has been rumored to being pregnant, but has yet to confirm anything until next week for the reunion show special. In the last episode of the VH1 reality show, Amina admitted that she and Peter Gunz were going to work on their relationship and that they were planning on living together for good and take their marriage more seriously.

 In an interview with HipHollywood, Amina dished that the reunion show will make jaws drop. "I can't really talk about that yet because that's something that's going to be revealed on the show still. People have to stay tuned and watch to see really what's going on," Amina added, "We're still together. We're still married. It's rocky, but we're working it out. I love him."
"The reunion show is absolutely crazy. We taped it a few weeks back. Madness. I encourage everyone to watch it because...it's going to be entertaining for everyone, a lot of surprises and craziness," she said.

LOVE & HipHop NY Gets Picked Up for a 5th Season

VH1 is continuing the momentum by picking up a fifth season of the series, to begin production in New York City later this year.
Additionally, the smash hit “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” will return to VH1 for a third season May 2014

I guess the drama will continue .....

The reunion is 2 parts hosted by Monique starts next Monday on Vh1.

Vh1 is going to turning us all the way up starting In January 2013 with all new shows and returning old ones. I just previewed 2 of my Favorite shows MobWives Season 3 and Love and HipHop Nyc Season 3 but got pulled in by a New one called Black Ink Crew. No lies starting January 6 Vh1 will have us all steering and glued to our TVs because these shows are something else. 

LHHNYC has new additions but the same mess they give, drama, controversy,  partying and all that 1/7 @ 8p
MobWives ladies are back with cheating husbands getting release  while others making threats and a new lady coming into the circle 1/6 @ 8p
Black Ink Crew is new but the crew is a bunch of black tattoo artist on there everyday game with family and business playing a part and the addition of drama as always 1/7 @ 9p
