Real Housewives Of ATL Season Premier Broke Records

The Real Housewives of Atlanta Shatter Records!  The Real Housewives of Atlanta managed to captivate the attention of 3.8 million viewers, during their premiere this past Sunday. Not only did the premiere shatter Real Housewives premiere records, but it also set a record for the network, Bravo, itself. These sweet Georgia peaches have the honor of saying their season has become Bravo’s highest rated season premiere in the 30-year history that the network has. 

Congrats to the girls and I'm sure they will continue to bring it the rest of the season... Bloop!

RHOA Phaedra Parks Is Divorcing Apollo Nida !

As if we didn't see this coming, well according to Eonline.com Phaedra is done with Apollo.

Phaedra Parks is pulling the plug on her marriage to Apollo Nida. 

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star "has retained an attorney with the intent of amicably ending her marriage," her rep, Steve Honig, exclusively tells E! News in a statement. Last month, Nida checked himself in to prison to begin an eight-year sentence which was issued in July following his guilty plea to bank fraud back in May.

This is the second long-term prison stay for Nida, who was in jail for six years between 2003 and 2009 for car theft charges.

The former couple has two children under the ages of four, sons Dylan and Ayden.

Rumors have been circulating about two new women joining the cast of “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

The returning stars are doing nothing to put an end to the rumors and have added fuel to the fire by posting pictures of themselves with Claudia Jordan and Demetria McKinney.

The cast members, who are currently vacationing in San Juan, have been sharing photos with fans via social media. Claudia and Demetria are front and center in a few shots. Apparently, Demetria celebrated her birthday with the ladies.

Apollo Knows Phaedra Parks Won't Be Waiting on Him After Sentence

Apollo Nida says he’s remorseful and sad for his crimes. He’s asked God to forgive him and he’s forgiven himself. He’s shed tears over it. He will be going to prison a married man, but he’s doubtful he’ll stay married, because his wife, Real Housewives of Atlantastar Phaedra Parks “didn’t even f***ing show up” for his sentencing. He’s going to pay back the $1.9 millionrestitution, which he was scheduled to originally pay back $14 million.

Apollo who just got 8 years for check fraud and money laundering, went off about Phaedra with Atlanta’s B-100, admitting he’s still “salty” about how she’s treated him since he got charged.

Is he crazy....you are going away for 8 years if you thought she would stay with you are a fool....Lol

RHOA Apollo Nida Enters Plead Deal & May Face 30 Years!

According to ATLANTA (CBS46)

The husband of an Atlanta reality star has pleaded guilty to charges Tuesday afternoon.

Apollo Nida, 35, who is married to Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Phaedra Parks, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and wire transfer.

As CBS46.com previously reported, Nida created several fake collection companies in order to gain access to the personal information and credit history databases operated by companies like Equifax and Lexis-Nexis.

According to the U.S. Attorney's office, Nida's scheme took place over four years and affected more than 50 victims. They say he had a number of checks from the fraudulent claims mailed to mailboxes rented by co-conspirators at UPS stores across northern Georgia.

In order to get bank loans, Nida also created fake documents and websites that appeared to belong to legitimate car dealerships.

"The extensive nature of the fraud is unfortunate and breathtaking," said United States Attorney Sally Quillian Yates. "Prosecutions like this case help to highlight the vulnerabilities in the financial system, so that we can prevent future schemes and protect our citizens and government agencies from theft like this."

"Many everyday citizens, legitimate businesses and taxpayers have been victimized by this complicated and long running fraudulent scheme. After an intensive investigation with the cooperation of federal, state and local law enforcement, we are very pleased to at long last see this criminal brought to justice," said John D. Sours, Administrator, Governor's Office of Consumer Protection.

As part of the plea agreement, Nida will pay between $2.3 million and $4.5 million in restitution.

Nida is scheduled to be sentenced on July 8. He faces up to 30 years in prison and $1 million in fines.

While they were generally HAPPY with the ratings this year . . . the producers feel that they want "real drama" among the Housewives, and not manufactured storylines. So they're looking to bring in NEW WOMEN - who have REAL LIFE DRAMA in their lives.

Oh Wow : Apollo, Pheadra Parks from RHOA Arrested!!!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member Phaedra Parks’ husband Apollo Nida has been arrested and charged with bank fraud and identity theft, according to a complaint filed by the U.S. District Attorney’s office in Atlanta Thursday.

Nida was imprisoned from 2004 to 2009 for breaking federal racketeering laws related to auto title fraud. He married Parks, an attorney, in 2009 and they have since had two children.

The U.S. District Judge Gerrilyn G. Brill released Nida on a pretrial bond.

I want to see how this will play out on the reunion.

Now that both Phaedra Parks' and Kenya Moore's DVDs are available for purchase, one has taken a strong lead over the other in sales — kudos to Kenya for her well-earned moment to gloat.
According to LALATE, Booty Boot Camp became an Amazon bestseller within the first six hours of its release and has already "dwarfed" Phaedra's numbers. Although Phaedra was an instant bestseller, as well, her status has dropped quite a bit in the past few weeks. Either way, Kenya has managed to outsell the donkologist in just a few days.
