RHOA Phaedra Parks Is Divorcing Apollo Nida !

As if we didn't see this coming, well according to Eonline.com Phaedra is done with Apollo.

Phaedra Parks is pulling the plug on her marriage to Apollo Nida. 

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star "has retained an attorney with the intent of amicably ending her marriage," her rep, Steve Honig, exclusively tells E! News in a statement. Last month, Nida checked himself in to prison to begin an eight-year sentence which was issued in July following his guilty plea to bank fraud back in May.

This is the second long-term prison stay for Nida, who was in jail for six years between 2003 and 2009 for car theft charges.

The former couple has two children under the ages of four, sons Dylan and Ayden.  

Food Network Chefs Gina and Pat Neely Is Heading To DivorceCourt!

Gina Neely filed for the divorce and is citing “irreconcilable differences.”

In a joint statement the couple said the following:

Today we announce that we are ending our marriage of 20 years for irreconcilable differences. This was a tough decision, but we believe it is the best decision for us. As parents of two beautiful adult daughters that we love dearly, we will continue to be involved in each other’s lives as parents and friends. Together we have built a strong brand as The Neely’s. Moving forward our focus will be on our individual brands and we are optimistic about our respective futures. We ask for your prayers as we go through this transition and honor our request for privacy at this time.

The Neelys’ brands include not only the TV show but also a recently released book, as well as a BBQ restaurant in New York City.

SAY What! AMBER ROSE Files For DIVORCE From Rapper WIZ KHALIFA (PIC of Court Filing)

I am shock! Are you?

Amber Rose has filed for divorce from husband of-1-year Wiz Khalifa and she wants full custody of their 1year old son Sebastian but say Wiz can have visitation...

In the divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Amber says they split on Monday and cites irreconcilable differences.

And this is interesting. Amber acknowledges there's a prenup, which you would think would work in Wiz' favor, but she says it's valid ... presumably, she's not challenging it. The docs say the prenup provides spousal support.

As for why they split, there's been a buzz over the last few days of infidelity, but there's no mention of it in the papers.

Sources connected with the couple say the split is bitter.

Oh laws, let's see how this one gets played out.

Oh Snap Mariah Carey Hit Nick Cannon With Gag Order!

After confirming that there's "trouble in paradise," Nick Cannon has reportedly been slapped with a gag order by his soon-to-be ex-wife Mariah CareyAccording to TMZ, Nick and Mariah's lawyers hashed out a confidentiality agreement as a part of their divorce. The only problem is that it was allegedly created completely in Mariah's favor.

Cannon is not allowed to say a word about the split, and if he does, he will be hit with serious financial penalties. Mariah, on the other hand, has the right under the agreement to speak on the split as she pleases.

The agreement only allows Nick to speak on their separate living situations — something he's already spoken of — and that's about it.

Omg ....I hope they work it out because I like them together....

Is BBWLa Star Malaysia Divorcing & Already Dating A Rapper/Pastor ?

Malaysia from ‘Basketball Wives LA’, has finally pulled the marriage plug on her husband Jannero Pargo. Not only did the reality tv star file for divorce (for irreconcilable differences) but she is also requesting sole legal and physical custody of their three children.

According to TMZ Malaysia and Jannero have been through some very public marital disputes dating back to January 2014; records showing that Jannero posted a picture which was captioned saying, “Once a good girl has gone bad, she’s gone forever.” Malaysia responded with a picture of her own stating, “Forgive, not because they deserve forgiveness but because you deserve peace.” The couple was married in 2006 and was separated by December 27, 2012. While separating from one man she has but yet found another one.
Malaysia has been allegedly dating rapper/Pastor Ma$e and two have been said to have connected "on a spiritual level" stated an insider. "They have been dating for about two months," says the insider, "They've been spending a lot of time together." 

Oh Malaysia this going to get messy.
