Simon Cowell is officially a father, his baby moths or whatever she is, Lauren Silverman gave birth at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC.
The healthy baby boy was born around 5:45 pm at 6pounds 7 ounces.
Simon flew across the ocean from London to be by her side for the delivery.
THE baby's name is ERIC ... after Simon's father.
Congrats to them ....awww
