Fashion Police Joan Rivers Is Hospitalized But In Stable Condition

 Joan Rivers is currently undergoing emergency surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City after some complications during a routine procedure.

Joan was undergoing a throat procedure—most likely on her vocal chords—at a clinic on the Upper East Side of New York when she suddenly stopped breathing. An emergency call was made to the hospital around 9:30 am ET, at which point Joan was then rushed to the hospital. Joan’s daughter Melissa is rumored to be on her way to NYC be with her mom.

As of 12:30pm ET, Joan Rivers is now in stable condition at the hospital. Ken Baker of E! News tweeted out the news (since of course E! is home to Joan’s show, Fashion Police)
